The Nickel District Conservation Authority (o/a Conservation Sudbury) requires a Dam Safety Review (DSR) of the Maley Dam located in Sudbury, Ontario. The intent of the DSR is to demonstrate that the dam is safe, operated and maintained safely, and that surveillance is adequate to detect developing safety issues. The DSR shall cover the components of dam safety guidelines and recommendations to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) and the Canadian Dam Association (CDA). |
